Premature Ejaculation - Psychological And Physical Issues

Premature ejaculation affects millions of men. It can cause embarrassment for the man, and even lead to social withdrawal. Fortunately, there are ways to treat and prevent premature ejaculation. In this article, we will explore some effective ways to stop premature ejaculation, so you can enjoy sexual intercourse with your partner.

There are actually three stages of premature ejaculation: early, a brief, and total loss of erection (also known as delayed ejaculation or ED). An early loss of erection does not typically cause ED. Premature ejaculation can be caused by several causes, including stress or depression, as previously stated. There are other causes that are less common, and they include genetics (inherited), neurological, hormonal, or environmental factors. Most men will experience some amount of Premature Ejaculation during their lifetime. However, some will continue to experience frequent and prolonged ejaculations for years, even into their later lives.

Premature ejaculation occurs when intercourse is attempted but is not experienced. It may also occur during sexual stimulation, but is not experienced. When either of these conditions occur, ejaculatory control is compromised and premature ejaculation occurs. The majority of men will have multiple episodes of premature ejaculation, with a smaller number experiencing complete lack of erection. The fewer numbers experiencing complete lack of erection, the shorter the time to ejaculate.

In addition to treating Premature Ejaculation, several other techniques exist. For example, there is the squeeze technique which has been used to treat Premature Ejaculation since 1950. The squeeze technique is not very new, but is rather just a variation on the usual technique. The squeeze technique involves applying pressure to the tip of the penis and the scrotum in order to limit ejaculatory flow. Once an erection is achieved, this pressure is released and the man is then allowed to enjoy his partner's pleasure.

Premature ejaculans often suffer from greater degrees of anxiety than other individuals. These individuals may feel anxious and/or embarrassed about their sexuality and sexual dysfunction. Anxiety can cause erectile dysfunction to occur, including Premature Ejaculation. When anxiety and stress become too much for a person, sexual dysfunction may occur. This is usually the case with those who have other conditions such as depression, heart failure, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, asthma, allergies, or OCD. Those who do not know how to properly relieve themselves of stress and anxiety may also suffer from Premature Ejaculation.

The squeeze technique for treating Premature Ejaculation is often used in conjunction with psychological and sexual treatment options. Using the squeeze technique in conjunction with psychological therapy and/or counseling can help a man overcome his relationship problems that are causing him to ejaculate prematurely. Premature ejaculans often experience feelings of guilt, shame, anxiety, embarrassment, fear, anger, and embarrassment in regards to their sexuality and sexual dysfunction. By working with a therapist and/or psychologist, those who suffer from Premature Ejaculation can learn to control their emotions and achieve increased self-esteem, confidence, and overall sexual well-being.
